Return policy

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

You’ll also need the receipt or proof of
purchase and the confirmation message from us.

Al-Shaikh Jewellers have 7 days return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To start a return, you can contact us at alshaikhjewellers786@gmail.com or you can Whatsapp us @0342-7566368. If your return is accepted*, we’ll send you a return shipping confirmation as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Moreover, the charges for the return has to be paid by customer.

Note: Due to frequent fluctuations in gold rates returns on gold items is not possible,however, exchange can be possible if requested within 7 days after receiving the product.

*Return on moissanite product or customized order is not possible, however, a repair or changes can be made within our after sale services.

Damages and issues
Please make sure to check your order when you receive it and contact us immediately if the order is incomplete,  item is defective/damaged or a wrong item is received, so that we can assess the issue immediately and provide a solution.

Return & Exchange are not acceptable for extra discounted and Customized Items.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Your new item will be delivered as soon as we receive the previous one.

Refunds
You will be informed whether your refund has been accepted or not, once your return is received and inspected by our team.

If approved, you’ll be immediately refunded through Online payment method.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card Company to process and post the refund or In case of a lockdown or any unexpected circumstances, exchange/refund can be delayed to 14 working days.

What if I want to resale my gold jewellery?
You are most welcome at Al-Shaikh Jewellers for resale.
To resale your jewellery you need to visit our on-site store with the valid slip/receipt which you
received with your order. Our salesperson will check the quality of the gold and will give you the estimate of your jewellery.
Amount will be calculated after deducting making charges, wastage and according to the gold
rate of the current day.

You can also sale your gold/silver jewellery at our shop even if it is not purchased from us but you should provide us authentic slip/receipt of that product.
